Break the lasagna sheets into wide pieces.
Heat cooking oil and brown ground beef with onion and garlic for 7 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, and 200 ml water, then simmer the pasta pieces in the sauce for 15 minutes.
Dot with ricotta, top with mozzarella, cover, and cook 3 minutes until melted.
