Rub 50 g butter into flour with a pinch of salt.
Mix in sour cream and egg to form a soft dough.
Chill the dough for 15 minutes.
Roll out, brush with remaining butter, sprinkle with sugar, and cut into strips.
Twist strips and bake at 190C / 374F for 16 minutes until golden.
