Boil pasta in salted water for 8 minutes, then drain.
Brown ground beef in cooking oil for 7 minutes with black pepper.
Add tomatoes and spinach, then simmer for 6 minutes until thick.
Mix pasta with beef sauce, eggs, and half the mozzarella.
Top with remaining mozzarella and bake at 190C / 374F for 28 minutes.
