Heat oven to 180°C / 350°F and mix oat flakes, flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Rub in butter until crumbly, then press half the mixture into a small pan.
Spread strawberry jam over the base, top with remaining crumble, and bake at 180°C / 350°F until golden.
