Mix flour, water, and 20 g sugar into a firm dough, then roll and cut into strips.
Twist the strips and bake at 190 C / 375 F for 14 minutes until crisp.
Simmer milk with the remaining sugar for 4 minutes to make a glaze.
Brush the twists with glaze and drizzle with melted chocolate.
