Boil pasta in lightly salted water for 8 minutes, then drain.
Whisk sour cream, eggs, and 70 g sugar into a smooth custard.
Toss pasta with custard and spoon into a buttered baking dish.
Dot with remaining butter and sprinkle remaining sugar over the top.
Bake at 180C / 356F for 30 minutes until set and caramelized on top.
