Sweet Potato Chocolate Mash Dessert

Boil peeled potatoes for 14 minutes until very tender.

Mash with warm milk and sugar until smooth and creamy.

Fold in chopped chocolate so it melts into ribbons.

Rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.
