Add apple wedges, lemon juice, and salt, then cook until the apples start to soften.
Cover the apples with puff pastry and tuck the edges inside the pan.
Bake at 190°C / 375°F until the pastry is puffed and golden.
Rest briefly, then invert the tart carefully onto a plate.
