Cook Rice in Water with Salt for 12 minutes.
Sear Tofu and Mushrooms with Cooking oil, Garlic, Ginger, and Black Pepper for 8 minutes.
Add Soy Sauce, Honey, and Rice vinegar and cook for 2 minutes. Serve over Rice with Green onion.
