2 eggsChicken eggs
120 gPhyllo Dough
1.5 tbspOlive oil
To tasteSalt
Mix the brined white cheese with the egg, season lightly with black pepper, and set aside.
Layer half of the phyllo dough in a baking dish, brushing lightly with olive oil.
Spread the filling over the phyllo, top with the remaining phyllo, and bake at 190°C / 375°F for 25 minutes until golden.
