Cut the nectarine in half, remove the pit and slice it into large pieces.
Heat a frying pan, melt the butter and add the nectarine slices.
Sprinkle the fruit with sugar and cook until lightly caramelized, then turn the slices.
Toast the bread until crisp.
Spread ricotta on the toast and place the caramelized nectarines on top.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
