Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Whisk Peanut Butter, Tomato Sauce, Vegetable broth, Garlic, Salt, and Black Pepper in a baking dish.
Add Tofu, Broccoli, and Cooking oil, then toss to coat.
