Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Toss Tofu, Cauliflower, Garlic, Curry powder, Cooking oil, Salt, and Black Pepper in a baking dish.
Pour Coconut Milk over the top.
Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 28 minutes until cauliflower is tender and sauce thickens.
