Cook rice until fluffy.
Press tofu, cut into slabs, and coat with flour and panko breadcrumbs.
Pan-fry tofu in cooking oil with salt and black pepper until crisp on both sides. Serve tofu over rice and cabbage with soy sauce and lime juice.
