Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Boil Potato with Salt for 15 minutes, then mash with Butter and Black Pepper.
Cook Tofu, Brown lentils, Carrot, Onion, Garlic, Cooking oil, Tomato Paste, and Vegetable broth for 12 minutes.
Spread mashed Potato over the lentil filling and bake at 200°C / 400°F for 18 minutes.
