Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Toss Tofu, Potato, Mushrooms, Garlic, Cooking oil, Salt, and Black Pepper in a baking dish.
Pour Cream and Vegetable broth over the top.
Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 38 minutes until potatoes are tender and the top is browned.
