Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Roast Tofu, Cabbage, Carrot, Cooking oil, Salt, and Black Pepper at 200°C / 400°F for 15 minutes.
Whisk Peanut Butter, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Ginger, and Water into a thick sauce.
Toss the sauce through the roasted mixture, top with Breadcrumbs, and bake at 200°C / 400°F for 10 minutes.
