Press the tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Heat a splash of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the cubed tofu to the pan and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Sear the tofu until all sides are golden brown and crispy.
Pour the teriyaki sauce over the crispy tofu and toss to coat evenly.
