
Fresh tomatoes and cucumbers dressed with sunflower oil for a classic Ukrainian-style salad.

75 gOnion
1 tbspSunflower Oil
Cut the tomatoes into chunks, slice or chop the cucumber, and finely chop half an onion, then add everything to a bowl.
Drizzle with sunflower oil and mix gently until evenly coated.
Serve immediately, or chill briefly before serving.
