Boil pasta in salted water for 8 minutes until just underdone, then drain.
Cook garlic in butter for 1 minute, then add tomatoes and simmer for 8 minutes.
Stir in shrimp and spinach and cook for 3 minutes until the shrimp turns pink.
Combine pasta with the sauce, salt, and black pepper, then transfer to a baking dish.
Top with mozzarella and bake at 200C / 392F for 12 minutes until browned.
