Blend almonds, tomatoes, basil, garlic, dressing oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper into a rough sauce.
Boil pasta in salted water for 10 minutes.
Reserve a splash of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
Toss hot pasta with the almond tomato sauce and enough pasta water to loosen it.
