Boil the spaghetti in salted water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Heat cooking oil and cook onion and garlic for 4 minutes until soft.
Add tomato sauce, tuna, capers, salt, and black pepper and simmer for 6 minutes.
Toss the spaghetti with the tuna tomato sauce and serve warm.
