Cook jasmine rice with water and salt for 15 minutes.
Mix ground turkey with breadcrumbs, egg, half the curry powder, salt, and black pepper.
Shape into meatballs and brown in cooking oil for 6 minutes.
Cook onion and garlic for 4 minutes, then add coconut milk and remaining curry powder.
Simmer meatballs in the sauce for 10 minutes and serve with rice.
