Boil potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes, then mash roughly.
Mix mashed potato with flour, salt, and black pepper, then shape into small cakes.
Fry potato cakes in half the cooking oil for 4 minutes per side.
Cook onion, garlic, ginger, and the remaining cooking oil for 4 minutes.
Add ground turkey, curry powder, green peas, salt, and black pepper, then cook for 10 minutes and serve with the potato cakes.
