Mix ground turkey with breadcrumbs, egg, half the onion, salt, and black pepper.
Shape into a small loaf and bake at 190C / 375F for 30 minutes.
Boil potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes.
Mash potatoes with milk, 20 g butter, salt, and black pepper.
Cook mushrooms and remaining onion in butter for 6 minutes, stir in flour and chicken broth, then simmer for 5 minutes to make gravy.
