Slice the potatoes and boil them in salted water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Brown the ground turkey with cooking oil, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper for 8 minutes.
Stir tomato sauce into the turkey and simmer for 5 minutes.
Layer eggplant, turkey sauce, and potatoes in a baking dish, then pour milk over the top.
Top with parmesan and mozzarella, then bake at 190C / 375F for 25 minutes.
