Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F. Cook Orzo until just shy of tender and drain.
Cook Garlic, Ground turkey, and Mushrooms in Cooking oil until the meat is browned and the vegetables soften.
Stir Tomato Sauce into the filling or sauce.
Combine Orzo, Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella cheese, and Black Pepper in a baking dish.
Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 24 minutes until bubbling; rest for 5 minutes before serving.
