Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chicken eggs, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cumin into meatballs.
Brown meatballs in cooking oil for 8 minutes.
Add onion, tomato sauce, and 150 ml vegetable broth; simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour remaining hot broth over couscous, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes.
Serve meatballs and sauce over couscous.
