Separate the chicken eggs and whip the whites with sugar until glossy.
Fold in a small amount of flour and spoon into mounds on a lined tray.
Bake at 140 C / 285 F for 22 minutes until set and dry outside.
Melt chocolate with milk for 2 minutes and drizzle over the clouds.
