Boil potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes.
Steam or simmer green peas for 5 minutes, then mash with salt and black pepper.
Flake white fish and mix with mashed potato, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper.
Shape into cakes and pan-fry in cooking oil for 4 minutes per side.
Mix yogurt with lemon juice and serve with fish cakes and pea mash.
