Boil potato and green peas for 15 minutes until soft.
Mash potato and peas with 15 g butter, salt, and black pepper.
Season white fish with salt and black pepper, coat lightly in flour, and pan-fry in remaining butter for 3 minutes per side.
Add lemon juice to the pan and spoon the butter sauce over the fish.
