Slice zucchini and mince garlic and basil.
Boil penne in salted water for 11 minutes.
Sauté zucchini in cooking oil for 5 minutes, then add garlic for 1 minute.
Toss penne with zucchini, basil, parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
